IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT GETTING TO THE MEETING POINT If you plan to arrive using ride-hailing apps such as Uber or Bolt, please allow extra time for your journey. During the summer season, increased traffic and longer waiting times for rides may cause delays. Our tours depart punctually, and the crew is unable to wait for late arrivals.
CANCELLATION
Free cancellation is possible only up to 48h before the scheduled date and time of departure of the ship. If a cancellation is submitted less than 48h before departure, the advance payment is non-refundable.
Your experience and comfort are our priority. Due to the changing weather conditions in September and October, there may be rare cases when a cruise needs to be cancelled. In such situations, we will gladly offer you an alternative date or provide a full refund of your deposit.
