Among them, not only everyday dishes stand out, but also impressive jugs and objects with unusual shapes, such as fish-shaped vessels.
During a visit to the museum, visitors have the opportunity to explore the secrets of glass-making techniques, observing the tools used to process this delicate material. The Museum of Ancient Glass does not focus only on exhibition. On an area of 2,575 square meters there is a specialized library where enthusiasts of the history of glass art can deepen their knowledge. Additionally, for those who wish to take part in workshops, the museum offers a glass blowing workshop. After a fascinating journey through the world of antique glass, visitors also have the opportunity to immerse themselves in the atmosphere of the museum conference room and buy original souvenirs in the store.
There are still 2,000 glass objects in the museum's warehouses. On an area of 2,575 square meters, the Museum of Ancient Glass in Zadar, in addition to exhibition rooms, includes a specialized library, a conference room, a glassblowing workshop and a souvenir shop.
